What are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser when you visit them. They serve to remember information about your visit — such as language preferences, login session or shopping cart items — making the experience more personalized and efficient.

In addition to traditional cookies, we also use similar technologies such as tracking pixels, tags and local storage (localStorage) for similar purposes. Throughout this policy, the term "cookies" refers to all these technologies.

Session Cookies vs. Persistent Cookies
Session cookies are temporary and expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies are stored for a defined period — even with the browser closed — and are reactivated when you return to the site.

Your Preferences

You have the right to accept, refuse or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time. There are different ways to do this:

Through the Cookie Banner

When you access the site for the first time, we display a banner where you can accept all cookies, only essential ones or customize your preferences by category.

Through Your Browser

All modern browsers allow you to manage, block and delete cookies directly in the settings. Here's how to do it in each browser:

Caution when blocking essential cookies
Blocking essential cookies may prevent the proper functioning of some site features, such as contact forms and language preferences. We recommend keeping these cookies enabled.
6

Advertising Cookies

We use Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our paid campaigns and display personalized ads to site visitors on other platforms — a practice known as remarketing.

These cookies collect data such as: pages visited, time on site, clicks on conversion buttons and device identifiers. The information is associated with your profile on these platforms in a pseudonymized manner.

How to Disable Remarketing
  • Google — visit adssettings.google.com and disable ad personalization
  • Meta — go to Settings → Ads → Ad preferences and adjust tracking options
  • Global option — use aboutads.info to opt out of behavioral advertising networks
Data Shared with Advertising Platforms
When you fill out forms on our website, your data (such as email and phone) may be sent in encrypted (hashed) form to Google and Meta for the creation of custom audiences — only with your express consent, as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
7

Storage Duration

The storage period of each cookie varies according to its category and purpose:

Category Typical Duration Renewal
Essential Session to 12 months Each site visit
Analytics 24 hours to 2 years Each site interaction
Marketing 90 days Each ad click
Preference 12 months Each preference change

After the period expires, cookies are automatically deleted by the browser. You can delete them manually at any time in your browser settings.
